Todd Polinchock (R-Bucks) today unveiled legislation to allow small farms and orchards to engage in agritainment and argitourism, like hayrides, even when local ordinances prohibit it. He discussed his bill at Tabora Farm in Hilltown Township, which has been prevented from engaging in such entertainment by local laws.
