Polinchock Announces COVID-19 Grants for Fire and EMS Companies

HARRISBURG—Rep. Todd Polinchock (R-Bucks) today announced that the Office of the State Fire Commissioner will be offering funding via the COVID-19 Crisis Fire Company and Emergency Medical Services Grant Program (FCEMSGP). The program establishes a one-time grant to be used by eligible Fire, Rescue and EMS companies to provide services during the coronavirus pandemic.

Polinchock’s Bill to Allow Safe Real Estate Transactions Passes House, Heads to Senate

HARRISBURG—The House today passed legislation by Rep. Todd Polinchock (R-Bucks), House Bill 2412, to require the secretary of the Department of Community and Economic Development to issue a waiver to the COVID-19 Business Closure Order to allow all real estate-related activities that can adhere to social distancing practices and other mitigation measures defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
